Beautiful Baborówko!
Today we invite you on a little journey to Poland, where the Equestrian Festival Baborówko is set to kick off at the end of this month (May 28-31). For our readers in the region, this is your final call for entries!
For those of you experiencing Baborówko from afar (and adding it to your bucket list), we wrote a whole article full of reasons why this special European destination should be on your list. You can read that here, and here’s some more information on the upcoming competition — actually let’s hear from some competitors (including the likes of Olympic champion Michael Jung) first:
Entries close TODAY, so consider this your friendly nudge to get moving before the deadline flies past.
This year’s schedule includes CCI4*-L, CCI4*-S, CCI3*-S, CCI2*-S, CCI1*-Intro, and national CNC100 divisions, with the Polish Senior Championships serving as a major highlight at the CCI4*-S level. For more than 18 years, Baborówko has helped develop horses and riders from their early steps in the sport through to top international competition, and the 2026 edition will once again welcome everything from up-and-coming young horses to experienced pairs preparing for major spring and summer targets.
Set at Baborówko Equestrian, with modern arenas, carefully maintained cross country tracks, and the historic parkland surrounding Baborówko Palace, the event offers both high-performance sport and a spectator-friendly setting. Riders with horses not yet holding an international licence are also encouraged to consider the CNC100 classes as an entry point into the sport.
