Vienna, Austria – September 27, 2026 – Josefina Goess-Horstmann (AUT) delivered a winning performance on home soil on Sunday, claiming the €25,000 Stadt Wien Grand Prix CSI 2* at the Longines Global Champions Tour of Vienna CSI 5* & CSI 2*. Riding the 12-year-old Dutch Warmblood mare Ja Belle Stability, the Austrian combination produced the fastest clear performance in a decisive three-horse jump-off at Schloss Schönbrunn Palace. The victory adds another notable result to what has been a successful season for the pair, who also claimed a CSI2* Grand Prix victory in Lassee in August.
The class began with 38 combinations facing a demanding 1.45m course, with the time allowed set at 78 seconds. Only three partnerships managed to keep every pole in their cups while also completing the first round inside the time, earning their place in the jump-off. That left little room for error in the final test, where speed would ultimately decide the €25,000 contest.
