Ocala, United States – July 16, 2026 – Tracy Fenney (USA) celebrated a breakthrough international victory on Thursday evening at the World Equestrian Center (WEC) in Ocala, guiding the promising MTM Myrbalia O to top honors in the $32,000 UF Health Grand Prix Qualifier CSI 3* during the seventh week of the World Equestrian Center Summer Series. Aboard the talented nine-year-old Dutch Warmblood (KWPN) grey mare by Davenport VDL out of Cardento, Fenney produced the fastest double-clear performance of the day, stopping the jump-off timers in 40.26 seconds to secure the pair’s first FEI victory together.

The class came down to a tightly contested jump-off, with the leading combinations separated by fractions of a second. Fenney and MTM Myrbalia O delivered a confident and efficient round that proved just enough to hold off Tanner Korotkin (USA), who piloted Kinmar Quality Hero to second place in 40.67 seconds. Korotkin (USA) and Kinmar Quality Hero pushed the winning pair all the way, producing a smooth and competitive jump-off that ultimately fell just four-tenths of a second short of victory.

Brian Cournane (USA) completed an all-American podium aboard Artic JT Z, crossing the timers clear in 42.90 seconds after another polished jump-off performance. Cournane and Artic JT Z also delivered under pressure to secure third, highlighting the depth of American talent competing throughout the CSI 3* week in Ocala. The closely matched podium underscored the quality of the field and set the stage for an exciting conclusion to the week’s international competition.

For Fenney, the victory marked another significant milestone in a career built on developing talented horses. MTM Myrbalia O, still only nine years old, demonstrated both scope and composure throughout the competition, confirming her potential as an emerging contender at the international level. The mare’s careful technique and impressive turn of foot were on full display in the decisive second round, where she answered every question with maturity beyond her years.

With the qualifier now complete, Fenney and MTM Myrbalia O head into the weekend carrying valuable momentum and confidence. Their impressive performance in the $32,000 UF Health Grand Prix Qualifier not only earned the top prize but also established the developing partnership as one to watch at the World Equestrian Center Summer Series. If Thursday’s performance is any indication, the grey Dutch Warmblood mare appears poised for even bigger achievements on the international stage.
