Tom Schewe Thrives in the Grand Prix de La Garde Royale CSI 2*

Tétouan, Morocco – October 04, 2026 – The final class of this first leg of the Morocco Royal Tour, the €28,200 Grand Prix de La Garde Royale CSI 2* – 1.45m , went to Germany’s Tom Schewe (GER), riding Amanda Blue against no fewer than 17 other combinations in the jump-off, in an electric atmosphere.

Tom Schewe: “Amanda has a big stride, so the jump-off really suited her. I knew she could be fast. It was her first Grand Prix and I felt this was the right place for her. She did a perfect job today. She’s a real star for the future.”

Niamh McEvoy (GER) secured one final podium finish in Tétouan. Riding Rock ’N Roll Ter Putte, the Irish rider took second place, while the Netherlands’ Finn Boerekamp (NED), aboard Mimosa CM, completed the podium.
