Doha, Qatar – April 05, 2026 – The Longines Arena at Al Shaqab hosted the closing day of the 2026 Qatar Equestrian Federation Cup CSI 5* & CSI 3* on Sunday as the final event of the 2026 Doha Equestrian Tour came to an end. Mohammed Khalifa Al Baker (QAT) gave qatari fans what they wished for, teaming up with Dukhan 3 for victory in the €106,000 Grand Prix CSI 3*.
Five combinations had qualified for the final CSI 3* competition of the circuit but it was Al Baker who blazed past them aboard the 2017 bay Oldenburg stallion (Toulon x Quo Vadis), securing first place in 44.66 seconds.
One of the most consistent riders throughout the circuit, Abdullah Al Sharbatly (KSA) rode Quisandro towards second place, registering no penalties in 45.73 seconds.
Hussain Said A. M. Haidan (QAT) posted the third-fastest clean jump-off performance aboard Icaterina, thus earning bronze honors.
