Germany Announces Squad for FEI Eventing World Championships for Seniors

Germany has now finalized their roster ahead of next month’s FEI Eventing World Championships for Seniors, taking place August 13-16 in Aachen, Germany.

After some final selection trials, the German squad hoping to defend the team gold earned in Pratoni in 2022 is:

  • Malin Hansen-Hotopp – Carlitos Quidditch K (Breeder: Miriam Kühl; Owner: Bodil Ipsen)
  • Michael Jung – FischerChipmunk FRH (Breeder: ZG Meyer-Kulenkampff; Owners: DOKR, Klaus & Sabine Fischer, Joachim Jung)
  • Julia Krajewski – Uelzener’s Nickel (Breeder: Hindrick Stüvel; Owner: Prof. Dr. Bernd Heicke)
    • Direct Reserve: Tullabeg Platinum
  • Libussa Lübbeke – Caramia (Breeder: Annelie Lübbeke; Owners: Annelie & Martin Lübbeke)
  • Christoph Wahler – D’Accord FRH (Breeder: Christa von Paepcke; Owners: Stefan Haupt & Hendrik von Paepcke)

The first alternate pair tapped by Germany is Arne Bergendahl with Bronco NRW.
