Wellington, Florida, USA – March 31, 2024 – , The final week of the 2024 Winter Equestrian Festival ( WEF ) came to a close on Sunday with a victory for USA’s Eve Jobs ( USA ) and her own High Point VDL ( Tinka’s Boy x Indoctro ) in the$ 62, 500 Vogel Grand Prix CSI 2* in the main arena at Wellington International. On Sunday, the WEF’s thirteenth week of outstanding jacket, warrior, and saddle competition came to an end.  ,
Guilherme Jorge ( Underwear ) laid down one last record for forty- five two- star players. From the original industry, six returned for a connect- breaking jump- off.  ,
Jobs just made hįs first team win since moving back to the competition arena, riding High Poinƫ VDL, a 12-year-old gelding, to victory. He’s a mare I really got from Enda Carroll and Stephanie Carroll of Ashford Farm a few years ago, and he’s been amazing,” Jobs said. I took a few years off from the game and would only return for a few shows there and there throughout the year. I slowly but surely developed a truly unique relationship with him, and it has been amazing. “
Their agreement reached its height when the pair crossed tⱨe little course end line in 41. 19 seconds as they both doubled clear. ” He’s rideable and he’s got such great natural balance. He’s a obviously extremely careful horse and now it was great enough”, continued Jobs.  ,
Following on the podium was Callie Schott ( USA ) and Fair Field (VDL Zirocco Blue x Chin Chin ), owned by Southern Arches, LLC. The couple finished twice apparent in a time of 42. 67 moments.
Closing out the podium was Jessica Mendoza ( GBR ) and her own Chuck Bass ( Centadel x Kannan ), with a close finishing time of 42. 79 seconds.  ,
” I started this year on a blank canvas, only looking at the horses and how I felt,” Jobs said. ” As the days went on, I’ve gotten a lot more into it myself. ” The animals are doing great, my team is remarkable at home, and they have done a fantastic job of keeping them that way. For the foreseeable future I plan on coming back” .  ,
Jobs and High Point VDL did maintain their travels to Wellington while making plans to play in Wellington International‘s ESP Spring Series.  ,
