Equestrian Australia Taps Final Roster for FEI Eventing World Championships for Seniors

We now know which Australian combinations will be making the trip to Aachen for the FEI Eventing World Championships for Seniors. The full World Championships, which will bring together nearly all FEI disciplines at the storied Aachen grounds, kick off on August 10, with eventing getting underway on August 13.

The Australian roster for the Senior Championships is as follows:

  • Oliver Barrett and Sandhills Briar (winners of the 2026 Adelaide CCI5*)
  • Olivia Barton and APH Sodoku (winners of Strzegom’s CCI4*-S this year)
  • Sophia Hill and Humble Glory (10th at the 2026 Defender Kentucky CCI5*)
  • Andrew Hoy and Vassily de Lassos (individual bronze and team silver at the Tokyo Olympics)
  • Samuel Woods and SS Eight Count (second at the 2026 Adelaide CCI5*)

The reserves for the Aussies are as follows:

  • Isabel English and Cil Dara Bombay S
  • Sophia Hill and Tulara Baltango
  • Sam Jeffree and Santoro
  • Kevin McNab and Faro Imp
