Emanuele Gaudiano Goes All Out to Win the Championat of Salzburg CSI 4* at the Amadeus Horse Indoors

Salzburg, Austria – December 05, 2025 – The Italian Emanuele Gaudiano, known for his fast laps, claimed victory in the feature class on opening day of the 2025 Amadeus Horse Indoors CSI 4*. Riding his gray gelding Chalou’s Love PS , he finished ahead of the New Zealander Luke Dee (NZL) and Gangster WW. Third place also went to Italy: Roberto Turchetto (ITA) and Heidelberg.

In the CSI4*, things happened quickly – in the very well-filled Salzburgarena, the Amadeus Championat of Salzburg CSI 4*, powered by the city of Salzburg – set another highlight for all jumping fans on Friday evening. With a total funding of €57,000 and obstacles set at the height of 1.55m, the challenge was to overcome 16 jumps in the time allowed of 67 seconds. The best twelve participants from the 48-strong starting field advanced to the second round, a shortened second course in which the penalty points from the first round were taken over.

A total of six riders produced flawless rides in both rounds, with the two-time Olympian Emanuele Gaudiano (ITA) taking victory with his proven and fast sports partner and cleverly chosen line.

Luke Dee (NZL) & Gangster WW

New Zealander Luke Dee (NZL), multiple Nations Cup rider and 2025 World Cup Final participant, was also fast and double clear, securing second place. The experienced Roberto Turchetto (ITA) took third place, only 0.68 seconds behind.

The Belgian female rider Gudrun Patteet (BEL) took fourth place with her Zangersheide mare Sea Coast Chica V.V.Z. As the best Amazon, Gudrun Pateet was also able to look forward to an exclusive jewelry with diamonds from Banki Juweliere.
