Prague, Czech Republic – November 18, 2025 – The Iron Dames announce that Annelies Vorsselmans (BEL) will represent the Monaco Comets powered by Iron Dames at the upcoming GC Prague Playoffs, stepping in for Ioli Mytilineou (GRE), who is unable to compete due to medical reasons.
Throughout the 2025 Global Champions League season, Ioli Mytilineou (GRE)has been an important member of the Monaco Comets team, contributing greatly to its success and spirit. The Iron Dames and the entire team send her their full support and best wishes for a swift recovery.
Annelies Vorsselmans, a talented and accomplished Belgian rider, brings solid international experience and a proven track record at top-level competitions across Europe. Her participation in the GC Prague Playoffs reflects the Iron Dames’ continued commitment to showcasing female excellence in equestrian sport, and to offering opportunities for women riders to perform on the world stage.
The GC Prague Playoffs, taking place from 20 to 23 November at the O2 Arena, will gather the world’s best riders and teams for the highly anticipated finale of the Global Champions League season.
About the Iron Dames:
Founded in 2018 by Deborah Mayer, Iron Dames is a groundbreaking project that empowers women to compete on equal terms with men in mixed-gender fields. The project made its beginnings in motorsport, becoming the first all-female line-up to win an FIA World Endurance Championship race in 2023. It has since expanded to a 16-driver line-up, contesting a range of disciplines including single seaters, rallying and karting.
The project is developing year-on-year, with Iron Dames Young Talents nurturing the next generation of female racers in grassroots motorsport and the expansion in equestrian with 12 top riders competing in the prestigious Global Champions League, where the Cannes Stars powered by Iron Dames became the first all-female team to win the GCL championship.
