Abdullah Al Sharbatly & Boeckmanns Lord Pezi Jr. Complete the Hat-Trick at the Doha Equestrian Tour

Doha, Qatar – January 22, 2026 – The third week of H.H. The Father Amir’s Prix 2026 started at the Longines Arena with strong Qatari wins and a full programme across CSI 5* CSI 3* CSI 1* classes. The €57,000 Speed Challenge CSI 5* went to Abdullah Alsharbatly (KSA), edging a tight international field in the evening feature class. The contest did not disappointed as three top combinations, all of them frequent podium finishers, battled it out for the spotlight at Al Shaqab.

Going up against 32 other combinations in the 1.50m speed challenge, Al Sharbatly (KSA) and the 2009 bay Oldenburg stallion (Boeckmanns Lord Pezi x Quattro 7) earned their third victory, clearing all the fences flawlessly on their way to registering the winning time of 64.45 seconds.

Roberto Previtali (ITA) & I’m Special Mess PS

Once again, Roberto Previtali (ITA) saw victory slip away from his grasp, although this time the difference was not very tight. He was over two second slower aboard I’m Special Mess PS, still good enough to hold on for silver honors.

Max Kühner (AUT) & EIC Cooley Jump the Q
